We are very pleased with the above result; Especially the growth in the countries our members come from; as you can see at the map we covered almost the whole world with visits; The average time spent at the site decreased with 1 second, that is very encouraging because the current site only gives an opportunity to be informed about the concept & sign up; as traffic increased the average time remained stable.
The decrease of visited pages is due to the contest; participants refer to their page directly, so that is cool as well;
In the top cities London & New York remained in the top 3 & Singapore replaced Chicago.
We made a collage of the TOP 50 (so far) & we did put in a random order. The results are still very close & we encourage all contestants to get more votes;
We are very pleased with the involvement of all participants; the level is high & the people are very enthusiastic. Unfortunately we have some fraudulent votes as well; we monitor this closely & will take necessary actions to keep this a fair contest.
Today the photographers contest is closed for entries and we have 258 photographers participating from over 21 countries. The next two weeks all participants can do their best to gain as much votes as possible. This thursday we will publish the TOP 50 (so far).
Today we can announce that Daniel Hernandez is the winner of the 1st designers contest of JUSTPROUD. He will be one of the 1st designers of our collection, after he will officially accept the prize of course. We are very happy that Daniel will design for our Brand & are looking forward cooperating with him. In March the outcome of the design will be visible within the next release of our site JUSTPROUD.com. Probably this will be a final stepping stone for Daniel & for JUSTPROUD the opportunity to show their first collection with this great designer.
The runners up are Tessie, Rebecca Lynn and Autumn Roxye; we will think how we can cooperate with them on the first collection as well.
We created & managed this contest with the biggest care & enthusiasm & want to thank all participants & supporting members for their effort. As you all understand we cannot communicate in person or on the site on detailed aspects (as written in the contest rules).
We are now creating the next release site on which many, many contest will be, so that all participants then can be involved in 1 or 2 designs.
DESIGN new site-release
Over the next weeks we will inform you (as promised) about the next site-release. We are working hard to realize this; we expect to launch the next release in February. Please find here the new design of JUSTPROUD.COM.
Obvious the photo’s and copy are still examples. You will find a distinction between the shop area (at the left, where people can buy the fashion items) and the community part (at the right, where members co-create the fashion items). The next weeks we will show you some other screen as well.

Our current photographers contest is going well; already 162 contestants entered! Obvious we are very happy with this; we thank all entries and good luck!

Fashion has always been my passion and still is. After finishing high school in 2003 I attended the HES Amsterdam School of Economics and Business where I majored in International Business & Languages. My Marketing and PR internship at the headquarter of the jewelry brand OTAZU in Amsterdam has broadened my interest in marketing communications, public relations and advertising. I love everything about fashion. I strongly believe in the JUSTPROUD concept and brand and hopefully it will open doors for people like myself who are passionate about fashion.

Designers contest is closed
Today January 4th the designers contest is closed; over the next week we will validate all candidates and votes & announce the winner asap next week. We thank all contestants & looking forward working with you.
Photographer contest starts
Today we will start the last contest before going live with our next site release: the photographer contest! WE invite all photographers to join & upload their example picture, profile & motivation (in addition to this we will ask potential winners before the end of the contest a full portfolio overview, to make sure the uploaded picture is actually theirs.
The winner will win a trip to Europe and have a photo shoot with Vanessa Jace Sanz (and the runners up) in the 1st JUSTPROUD collection. This is your chance!
3 months of JUSTPROUD pre-start.
This week we are 3 months live with the pre-site of JUSTPROUD. The results are very encouraging & warm. When we started the project 9 months ago, we thought it should have a chance & this believe grows by the day. At first we just wanted to launch a website that would explain the concept, but after the enormous enthusiasm we decided to involve the ‘founding members’ right from the start by organizing contests. We started with 414 models, then 66 designers & now we end with the photographers. Our Facebook Fanpage has about 3100 fans & we have ‘founding members’ from over 72 countries! The USA & UK are still the top countries and Singapore is a rising star.
Next site release
We expect to have the next site release ready at the end of next month; we will keep you informed about this & hopefully we can give you the new site designs early next week. We are looking forward to your opinion about it. If anyone has an idea about launching JUSTPROUD at the end of February, please let us know; over the next weeks we will explain our plan for launching & hopefully you can add something to it.
